I currently teach at the elementary school level, and I utilize a model where I break students into small groups so I can provide more direct attention. Tutoring allows me to focus on one individual at a time, providing even more customized instruction. I can help students look at problems in different ways until we identify the way they can solve problems effectively. I break down topics and explain the underlying concepts so that students have a solid understanding that they can apply on their own. In my free time, I like to play tennis, get outdoors, and visit the Jersey shore.
